Bolton Abbey is the perfect place for a group visit whether you wish to stop all day or just spend a couple of hours.

With ample space and easy access the Cavendish Pavillion is the ideal venue for morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea and afterwards why not enjoy a little retail therapy and a stroll along the riverside.

Pre-booked guided tours of Bolton Abbey village are also available. This outdoor tour looks at the history of Bolton Abbey, famous people who have visited here and how we manage the Estate today. The tour includes a visit to the Tithe Barn and the walled garden. The tour lasts approximately one hour and costs £3:50 per person or a minimal fee of £50. Evening tours are available on request.
