Visitor Welcome Assistants

Positios are available to join our friendly visitor welcome team based in the car park kiosks at the entrance to Bolton Abbey and Sandholme car park.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to provide a positive and enthusiastic welcome to visitors, have a great bsense of humour that survives when working under pressure and be confident and knowledgeable about Bolton Abbey.

Numeric skills are also required as is sales ability and flexibility.

These are seasonal positions with hours available on a Thursday and Friday.

Volunteer Opportunities

Bolton Abbey is proud of our visitor welcome and our knowledgeable and interesting provision of information. You can help improve it by joining our voluntary warden team.

No experience is necessary but a keen interest in Bolton Abbey and customer care are essential.

The role is outdoors and involves walking through Strid Wood.

Although these are volunteer positions a benefits package will be provided.
